The Mission of Operation Unity is to provide high quality programs to "Teenagers" through the utilization of our Kibbutz Programs and related activities. Operation Unity utilizes the model of successful Israeli Kibbutz systems as a vehicle to change the lives of youth.

These programs emphasize empowerment through the development of the following skills and core values:

GOALS

• To empower youth to reduce their negative perceptions, to develop strong friendships and to learn new systems of communications.
  
• To establish a sense of community for youth and how their actions affect the entire community.
  
• To develop leadership and oratory skills for youth through coordinated speakers programs for schools, youth groups, religious institutions, and other community orgaizations.
  
• To facilitate learning through relationships with peers and healthy families.
